MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Step 1: Material Classification

Raw materials are brought to the factory – After checking the appropriate moisture content, they will be transferred to the sorting section, where A, AB, B quality timber bars are used for A-surface details, B, BC timber bars are used for hidden surfaces of the product, and C quality is rejected.

Step 2: Cutting

The raw materials, after being selected and classified, will be transferred to the cutting section with appropriate specifications.

Step 3: Shaping

Wood blanks are sanded and go through shaping processes such as drilling holes, creating convex and concave shapes, creating curved details, joining wooden strips, and creating round details

Step 4: Filling and Sanding

The defective or flawed wood blanks are sent to the filling and patching department to address the issues.

Step 5: Assembly 1

The finished details will be transferred to the assembly department to complete each component.

Step 6: Painting/Dipping in Oil

The clusters of details are transferred to the painting or oiling department (the product is rechecked by QC once again).
