At Leglor, outdoor furniture products are manufactured using legally sourced wood and environmentally friendly raw materials.
Step 1: Material Classification

Step 3: Shaping
Step 4: Filling and Sanding
Step 5: Assembly 1
Step 6: Painting/Dipping in Oil
Step 7: Assembly 2
Step 8: Packaging
The raw materials, after being selected and classified, will be transferred to the cutting section with appropriate specifications.
Wood blanks are sanded and go through shaping processes such as drilling holes, creating convex and concave shapes, creating curved details, joining wooden strips, and creating round details
The defective or flawed wood blanks are sent to the filling and patching department to address the issues.
The finished details will be transferred to the assembly department to complete each component.
The clusters of details are transferred to the painting or oiling department (the product is rechecked by QC once again).
The products that are folding or rapid assembly are transferred to the Assembly 2 department. If they are KD items, they are directly sent to the packaging department.
The finished products are transferred to storage and await shipment.
